This double page is about Jake Bugg. This double page is also only using the colours red, white and black, I think that I may use these colours in my final design as they seem to stand out really well on a double page spread and attract the reader’s eye.

There is a large blank space in the top right corner of the left page, I think that this could be filled by moving the sub heading into it and enlarging the font or by placing another picture of the artist. I think that for my double page spread I will use two pictures with one of them taking up a page possibly with another as an inset.
The title set out through the middle of both pages with different colour writing on either side to contrast with what’s in the background. The subheading is longer than any of the others, however this works well. This is because it provides just the right amount of information. There is a large blank space at the top of the left page, I think that this is rather obscure because normally there is supposed to be no white on the page but there is a large chunk in this one. Maybe this is saying that Jake Bugg is doing a different style of music as to what there already is.

The language used in this article is rather informal which gives the reader and impression on Jake Bugg. The title has the word “a-changin’” which is highly informal but it is also a line from a song. The picture is in black and white. This is to help it fit into the colour scheme of the rest of the page. It’s a medium close up shot of the artist.
