I feel that my skills have greatly increased since my college magazine as I have come to learn about all the different tools in photoshop such as the bevel and emboss tool and the colour match tool. It has helped me to make the magazine that I have made. Also I have learned how to use flipsnack which I prefer to powerpoint as it is compatible with most programs. It has made making my magazine easier having photoshop as there is so much that you can do with it, I also learnt how to manipulate pictures to fit a page and also how to edit pictures. Also the magazine subject is different and the colour schemes that you would use would be different as they are different subjects aimed towards different people.
